ARP is only viable in pvp. Imagine a monster has ~25% damage reduction through defense. Debuffing it with student of the sword: 25% * 0.55 = 13,75% damage reduction. Debuffing it further with weapon master's strike: 13,75% - 10% = 3,75%. Thats already pretty low. And there are abilities of other classes reducing it further.

I would have thought that would cause an outcry. But obviously no one cares :( Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love Daring Shout :) But I hate the bugged version of it^^ Hope they will fix it soon.

It's 15% of power over 5 seconds. Not 15% of power per second for five seconds.

campfires provide a +1 buff to all ability scores. also there is no dnd rule in effect rounding down odd numbered ability scores.

As of yesterdays patch Daring Shout isn't viable any more :( only builds a tiny bit of Determination now. Like 2-3% of max Determination with 10+ monsters around. Try it. This sucks...

That's almost the exact same build I wanted to post too^^ Well you were faster by a few minutes :) Marginal mistake I found in your heroic feats: you spent only 19 points. guess you wanted to write 2/3 Weapon Mastery.

you can have multiple passive class features but you will always benefit of only two of them.

This seems quite overpowered. Are you sure this feat is correct? I was only in BW2 and 3 but if I remember correctly it was more like 1/2/3/4/5% for 5 seconds (stacks up to 3 times) for a total bonus of 15% lower Defense then. 45% less Defense seems a bit much^^

No, i won't. In fact, i won't play this game at all as long as GWFs aren't competitive to TRs. And since it's like that, i will probably never play Neverwinter.
