Area effects that persist like Pillar of Power on my SW. The color of the effect overlaps any red marks (incoming damage) during a boss fight and causes deaths to party due to inaccurate information.
RNG needs to be reworked on everything, not just Mastercrafting. It removes the element of hard work and money investment from the game. Many players claim that "bad streaks happen" and that is true. Only question is: why good streaks (almost) never happen? One lucky result doesn't make up for all bad results. Bad results…
Maybe Cryptic can make it that VIP 3+ will have a permanent 2X refinement effect. That way players that don't use VIP or are below lvl3 can still use the events but VIP3+ can use it permanently (as long they have subscription of course).
@asterdahl, I don't know how hard will you make to acquire the new items but the way to get to them is important. I really liked the way River district was built and finished it without getting bored at all. I didn't mind the time gating (it is useful I believe) and RNG held a minimal part in getting items. On the other…
Companies understand one language only: money. Start canceling VIP status due to key reward lameness (letting them know why you did) and you will see how fast things get "fixed".
My current status is the following: I have RD weapons and Dragonflight Armor pieces. I begun the quests for relic armor and weapons, but the grinding combined to the brutal RNG seems overwhelming (I did 23+ HE in Bryhn Shander and no boots and only 2 lanolins). So I am wondering. Should I continue the campaign and get…
Cryptic, I think you must have understand by now that you should increase the rewards. If these 2 pages of posts don't convince you, I really don't know what will.
What I have seen in other games, is that there is a standard loot (e.g. round robin) and if the party leader wants to change it, all party members need to agree. Yor suggestion could also work. When the group is formed and just before they enter, a screen could come up asking for their choice of loot.
The mirage is the worst among the Mod 11 weapons due to the way the NPC work. I hope devs do something about it. Increasing their defence or making them invulnerable is no big programinh taks I believe.
Exactly this. Running multiple bronze is more efficient than going for one gold. The items that can be found (obviously with low chance) on a gold run don't seem to interest the majority of players. There is an easy way to test this with the help of a friend: start 2 ques at the same time asking people for IG. One should…
Usually yes, but here there is voting system to let the majority decide. The real problem is simple: there are not enough rewards to justify the extra time needed for gold. Solve that and magically all things will get fixed.
My concern is this: Mirage set have the same statistics with the other 3 types of sets. The only difference seems to be the bonus each set provides. So how much extra damage (if any) would provide for example a random bonus from an aboleth weapon compared to the 2 mirages that spawn?
I wish someone could make a comparison with the other weapons that come from river district. It would be helpful to know if they are worth the extra effort...
One thing I would like to suggest for the future: when making a party in the Simril area, the party leader would get an option to set up a gift sharing "procedure" defining the number of gifts. Each party member would then have to contribute the specific number of gifts before the sharing starts. When the last party member…
I am a new player on this game and I found this guide very helpful (I was lucky to read it early on my first levels). It gave me perspective since the game is quite complicated with many quest lines and campaigns running in parallel. Thank you again.
I am a new player and a Healadin with some DPS is what I aim for as well. Can anyone give any extra tips that reflect the changes in latest mod compared to the linked guide?
