compared to pre mod 3 emblem i dont think kessel speer artifact is op at all, and the devs have said when u r proned deflect and other damage resistance stats dont work am sure thats y ppl get one shot and not necessary the artifact being op

the system is balanced its the players choice to decide whether to go pvp or not.Well they forced 2 factions on you fro gg and the same players broke the balance and complained they want to freely choose factions now u can choose factions and they locked down the instances so that there wont be zerging and players still…
