  • So from my tests it shows that the new comp captain Sartell is supposed to have bleed damage, well it does but the bleed damage is abysmal, tested on 90k wiz, comp at mythic, damage shows average of just 850 per hit, that's not 850k just 850, that can't possibly be intended, given that the vista's comp bleed is way higher…
