What can possibly be done to make people queue for Skirmishes? You can't force people into the queues. Some things are just not the Developers responsibility. The stamping of feet can't create players @ your level, and with your interests.

I don't thin it is unreasonable to expect each of your/mine characters should have to pull their own weight. Pooling resources takes away from playing each character imo.

There is a test of the new Loot system on the Preview Server. They have even advertized it to gather comments on the new system. If you really cared about this, you'd go, play on the Preview Server, and comment on the Preview Forums. You're voices will be heard, and they have proven very open to players input.
