server problem?

for the past 15 minutes or so, i haven't been able to log in the game. i always get "connection timed out" message. i don't have a problem with my internet 'coz i can stream movies online. is this a server-wide problem or is it only me?..
It's more fun in the Philippines >:)

    turned off my proxy and it solved the problem. kindly delete this thread. thanks.. :)
