Pure Vorpal / Trans Vorpal - working?

Hey guys, since I upgraded my Perfect Vorpal to Pure, I wanted to know if the debuff even works. Some say the debuff from Pure / Trans was fixed with one of the latest patches and works now, some say it still doesn't work. And since I don't see any stacks of the debuffs on my targets anyways, I have no idea how to test it.
So some help here would be nice :)

Good question and I guess we are a lot to wait for a Clear message from Devs on this ... but until now there is nothing clear within the patches notes...

What we did with one of my team mates is that we made Tests on Dummies on the preview server and we run ACT to check the difference of the same rotation using a Perfect Vorpal and using a Transcendent Vorpal. We didn't notice a special sign to confirm the Buff/Debuff but the result was clear unfortunately

=> Overall DMG was 10-15% less using the Transcendent Vorpal compared to the same rotation with the Perfect Vorpal. Tests were made with a TR.

I would like to hear from others if you guys made similar tests, to get confirmation, ... but for now it seems NOT fixed at all... Shame

same with pure, so no. better use your perfect vorpal for the meantime. im guessing they will only be able to fix it after mod7 is released..
It's more fun in the Philippines >:)

I read someone saying he did 30min tests on dummies using Tvorpal or Pure I forgot which, and came to the same conclusion: -20% dmg when compared to Perfect.

I must say that Preview and Live servers are not exactly the same, my cooldowns on preview are much longer than on live server using the same toon with identical build for some reason, so until further live testing there is a slight chance of it working properly in Live.

Easier test, as a Damnation SW go to a dummy with no weapon enchantment and the feat that makes your puppet do area damage, attack a dummy and you will see those ticks of damage (for me is 108).
Now stop attacking and slot a transcendent vorpal.
Attack again and see how your puppet ticks are lower (for me is 104).

So yes, vorpal are still bugged. I did also tested it with terror and plague fire, and they all three are "buffing" wrongly.

Hmm, okay, thanks for the input so far.
I'm just wondering how the "debuffs" work in conjunction with Tenacity resistances. Maybe they are reduced correctly - who knows. Unfortunately there is no dummy with Tenacity, and by a pure GG / Dom match ACT, I have no idea how to read out if there is any difference.

I conducted a test today. DPS loss between a trans vorpal and a perfect vorpal turned out to be around 7%. Of course there's a margin of error, but it's definitely a loss, no doubt about it.

    Here are the logs -

    Trans vorpal -

    Perfect vorpal -

There's clearly reduced effectiveness between the two, exactly 2% also.
