I experienced some weird lag today so i went to nod 32 pressed full search and found this !
Before the last update it was not there.
If someone can answer my question i will be grateful.
Cuz i dont want to reinstall my game if i delete some important stuff.
You most likely did not get it thru Neverwinter but thru email. If you have Chrome try this if not Google for a remover.
In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu
Select Settings.
At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
Under the section "Reset settings,” click Reset settings.
In the dialog that appears, click Reset.

Just me but from a different secured PC, I'd first contact Support (customerservice@perfectworld.com) with all the details I could get on the file and then I would have my AV do what it wishes (quarantine/remove) and then run a full system scan. After which, I'd then load the game, watching to see if it comes back.
In any case, I'd change my passwords on my game accounts and game account's email accounts, or anything else I may have logged into since the suspect file was created. You can access your account guard here: https://secure.crypticstudios.com/default/login
It could be a false positive, or an infection caused by third-party software or unscrupulous websites. The name is peculiar, however, I would think that if there were virii/security concerns with the legit software, it would have been found and addressed here long ago.
Do what Zeb says; that's your best course of action. Just an FYI, if you uninstall and reinstall the game you won't lose anything. Everything is server side, even the Foundry. (Although UI templates and keybinds are not, so I guess not everything lol)
