How do you get items from Dragonborn Legend Pack?

I just bought the Dragonborn Legend Pack.

I got a BTC box containing a 30 slot bag, artifact, ring, ceremonial garb set, and warrior fashion set.

I also got a BTA box containing 5 greater dragon glyphs, a dragon hoard enchantment, and a rank 8 dragon hoard enchantment. I haven't opened this box yet.

I did NOT see a race reroll token nor a "Bahamut Regalis" (not sure what that is) as listed here : http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/game-pack/detail/495-dragonborn-legend-pack

Has the race reroll token been removed from the pack?

More importantly, none of my other characters got anything. Only the character on which I bought the pack received these items. None of my other characters on my account received anything. I had expected to see the BTC box on my other toons. How do I receive the items on my other characters?

    Race reroll option should appear on the character select screen , everything else is probably at the reward claims agent opposite where knox is .

    Anything that is claimable by multiple characters on the account will be at the reward claims agent too I imagine.

    Bahamut Regalia is the Dragonborn Ceremonial Garb and Warrior fashion sets, fyi. The Dragon Hoard bag, Ring of the Dragonslayer and Heart of the Red Dragon will be reclaimable on all your characters. The glyphs and enchantments will only be claimable by ONE character.

    Unless they have changed all this since I bought the pack last summer, that is.

    Thanks for reply. In the link I included in the OP, it lists Bahamut Regalia, Dragonborn Ceremonial Garb and Warrior Fashion sets as 3 separate items. Is it a typo in the description?

    Yes, that would probably be an error... there were only the 2 fashion sets in the pack.

    I think Bahamut Regalia actually refers to 5 items that you'll find individually on the claim vendor. Each can only be redeemed and used once, so choose wisely.

    I know this is an old thread but I cant figure out how to a make one atm. anyways I was wondering if I accidentally used my heart of the red dragon for rp, can I get it back from the reclaimable guy?

    You can't use the Heart of the Red Dragon for RP, precisely BECAUSE you can reclaim it unlimited times. If you discard it, yes, you can get it back (but you have to reclaim the whole box and get it out of there).
