  Mmmm ... If I remember well, there is not a ring like this, except for the draconic one of the shore (like this or similiar to this), that is a part of the set you can take on Tuern shores. It is sell about 160 000 AD at the moment in the AH
  What you are probably looking for are the "pyrotecnic band" , sold about 20000 AD in the AH

  Draconic Ring of the Shore, this is the closest to what you want. It drops from normal Shores of Tuern, usually from the Ambush encounter, at least that's where it used to drop on pc.

  I believe it is the ancient berserkers ring of cleaving.

  It must be the one from the Shores of Tuern, which I will have access to soon, but unfortunately not yet.

  The ancient ring from CN is that with a defensive slot, the shores ring has added hp and an offense slot and set bonus
