Haven't played in a while - all astral diamonds and zen is gone. Hacked?

Was there some change that moved all diamonds/zen to something that you have to recover it from? All my chars show it at 0 even though I had quite a bit of astral and zen before I quit.

    How long is "a while"? The game was only released at the beginning of April.
