Dread Ring and Sharandar are Level 70 Zones But the Gear Rewards are Level 60?

I can't get my head around this. Am I just dreaming please tell me I am mistaken somehow.

    the skill nodes also drop old rewards.

    That's cause m6 was suppose to be released in 1 April ;)

    they still drop outdated healing kits and underlevel items. very rough fights, had to go "Buddy-System" for solo missions for 60 lvl rewards, my other alts suffered another weeks of waitings to get upgrades. most of my alts are still in low 900 item levels. it not possible.
    with my main, with 1,944 IS/GS Greater Fighter still having trouble with those.
