anyone can help me?
it dont load anyway!
i already tried:
- Run as adm
- Restart launcher
- Restart PC
- Restart Arc
- Cleaned browser history and cache with CCleaner
- Restart moden
My internet connection is Ok, i've made all internet test's before posting here...
i have more 2k zen to spend, how i play now?

I currently have Version NW.45.20150416c.4 and the game wanted a patch of about 720 Mb. I got most of it downloaded/patched when the data downloaded stopped but the amount received kept going. I logged out ran defrag, antivirus and malware to see if that is what caused it. I logged on again and this time it told me that instead of having 13 Mb to go I have around 6500 Mb to go
Each time I try to patch it acts the same way. I can't get the patch downloaded properly. What the heck is going on? Can someone be nice enough to explain this to me or fix it ASAP?
From what the other people here in the forum are saying, this game seems to be riddled with all kinds of nasty bugs that need fixing but it seems no one is out there trying to fix them or help any of us. What kind of organisation is this?
If the company isn't careful it will lose so many people playing NWN really quickly if it doesn't do something soon to help. I know I will be uninstalling and going elsewhere if this is the way they run this business.

Yep, that would definitely be one way to get their attention. I hope it doesn't come to that but if it does, it's a worthwhile idea. Might look into it just in case.
and install it on Steam if u were on ARC before or ARC if u were on Steam before

I use both. and trust me the issue is on both, its been since their last big "update", its messed up a lot of peoples launchers, along with a lot of other problems. TBH I think the main issue is we have had bugs since launch day, and rather then fix the problems they bring out new content adding TO the bugs already there, so the bugs are mounting up and up and up to the point things are just one massive bug fest. So until they fix those bugs the game is only going to get worse.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times through arc and steam. I still end up with the same launcher bug as before. I'm pretty sure that even if I managed to get into the game I'd be plagued by other bugs.
I know people will hate this idea, but the only thing I can think of to fix this problem is let us go back to the previous version before the update that started all these problems. Then they can start over with the update, fix the problems and get it right before allowing us to patch/update up to current time.
Another way could be to fix the update and then allow us to re-update, essentially overwriting the current one.
They need to decide on what they are going to do and do it fast. This can't continue for much longer. The longer it is left unfixed the worse it gets.
Don't get me wrong, I love NWN Online and I think I'm addicted to it, but I will move on to another MMORPG if they don't get their act together soon. Many others will as well because what is the point of having or trying to play a game that doesn't work. That doesn't make sense.
1: stays stuck in telling me what version of neverwinter I have
2: crashes on loading the Launcher
3: crashses when getting to page of who had a hand in making the game page
4: crashses when at Chara' selection screen
5: keeps verifying the files over and over as if stuck in a loop.

Be careful analysing those packets Gramps5scorpion. Just throwing ideas around here, but it may not be that your black listed or NWN are trying to hack you. I had another thought about what might be happening.
What if the NWN server has been hacked or plagued by a virus, trojan, worm, or other super nasty bug that is looking to use the client list on the NWN server to spread, hack, cause chaos or gain information? It could be why NWN has been getting worse lately and why they can't seem to fix it.
I'm probably reaching here but it is possible. I hope I'm right because otherwise they have some serious explaining to do.
In the meantime, my launcher is now telling me it has updated/patched again without actually updating or patching. Plus, instead of telling me I have a patch with 13 MB or 6500 MB to go I now have 6900 MB to download. WTF!!!
Thank you Gramps5scorpion for letting us know what was going on. I'm glad that you got your problem worked out.
Have you run a disk check on the drive? I have seen similar problems when the file tables of the drive become out of sync or reporting incorrect free space. It would be worth a try since nothing else seems to be working for you.
Try running a full disk check on your hard drive. Right click "C" drive -> Properties -> Tools -> Error Checking. Select both checkboxes and click OK. It will complain that it can't check the disk while files are open and give you an option to schedule the disk check after a reboot.... select this option then reboot. It will take some time, depending on the size of the drive, to complete.
Try all of the suggested options in this thread..... if that fails then check back with any results or changes in behavior you encounter from those suggestions.
BTW, besides all you have done, I have deleted game pref file, uninstall/reinstall twice, used minimize/maximize app (that last worked once, but crash again afterward).....
I have uninstalled and reinstalled, including deleting the prefetch file and any others - yes even the reg file entrys.
I have used a mates broadband to see if that might be the problem because I only have wireless USB.
I have doubled checked my firewall settings.
I have tried using the game client to avoid the launcher and it crashed.
I have tried different combinations of game options like verify, turning off the force download, etc.
I have tried pretty much everything that has been suggested on the forums.
I send a ticket off previously and they finally got to me - a month later - and suggested all the stuff mentioned above.
Nothing has changed. I still can't update/patch properly or play the game. This time it says I have version NW.45.20150416c.11 and 7000Kb to download.
I give up. Let me know when they have finally fixed the game so I can live happily Neverwinter after.
