ok I have Tralled google and the forums. I figured its going to be much easyer to start a new post as one relating to this goes back to 2012, and this is now a 2015 issue with your latest thing.

The above problem dose not just seem to effect me there are 100s out there with this issue, just google it, and look on Arc in the Social section where we can share pics. I use an IBM graphics card, a number of others Use Nivida graphics card BUT we all have one thing in common. The above Error as the game goes to lurnch it dose all your logos and things but as the game goes to load its self our graphics cards suddenly crash? This makes NO sense to me Neverwinter is the ONLY game that dose this to me, its been just over a month since I was last able to log in, and its been this error that has provented me. I've tried it on all the lower and higher HD and non HD settings, I've tried to update the drivers, which are aurto updated, but I checked anyway image how shocked I was to find they are up todate. so I've tralled google and the support forums to find a fix to this problem and I have found none.
This is still a COMMON bug on your launcher, its the ONLY game that seems to crash my graphics card, not even Biowere / EA's Starwars The old Republic dose this to my graphics card (and they are KNOWN for graphic card burn outs). But its been over a month now since I was last able to log into Neverwinter, and its been since your "lovely" idea to lunch on xbox one. Its like you've gone "lets screw over all our PC users who have been with us since lunch and force everyone to buy a £400 console just to play our game." that may not be your aim but it SURE feels like it is!
This is a VERY VERY common problem that you are YET to provide any fixes for it or even give out a post on HOW to fix it.

Just google it and see for yourself there are 100s of theses errors some going back to module 2, but there are a fair few that have popped up recently in 2015 and yes I am one of them! and as I said NEVERWINTER IS THE ONLY GAME TO DO THIS!

Also as a note: Do NOT try the "its your hardware" fob off with me. EA tried that with me, one of your admins once tried it with me, and I can tell you it doesn't Wash with me.

Trust me when I tell you this. You would be more upset if you could load the game. Take this as a sign and play something different.

lol I like to play all kinds of games alisi1 and yes I agree the game has been getting a little messed up, but thats for another post. Just from time to time I like to play neverwinter, Guild wars 2 other times i'll play something like Halo wars or C&C or an FPS or platform or puzzle game, depends on my mood at the time. still one thing that dose annoy me when there is a bug with no fixes to any game, but what annoys me more then this is when you get a support team who's job it is to suppot its player base seem to ignore the players. This isn't aimed at the admin here, this is a overall statment about any game and is something EA and Capcom are the worst for. PWE on the other hand I wont go as far as to say they ignore us it sometimes feels that way, but mostly they do try and get back to us. I just wish common problems had a sticky post on how to fix them. and The above Pic is an extreamly common problem.

Okay after 8 hours of googling , reviewing countless posts and attempting countless tries I found this posted in some old post by Sominator:

    1. Run the Neverwinter launcher.

    2. Open the Options dialog.

    3. Add the following to the Advanced command line field: -d3d11Enable 0

So what I did to manage to get to character screen was:

I only had launch in safe mode option selected

    &

Had this put into command line: -d3d11Enable 0

Hope it works for you guys to ^^
