Can't equip main hand on offhand

So I'm relatively new to the game but I've been playing it quite a bit lately. I made my first character, a CW lvl 44 and I killed dragons for hours for AD and saved up about 70,000. 2
Days ago I decided to start a new character and made a rogue. At first, It was just a backup but I started to really like the tricksters so I wanted to make it my new main. With that benign said, I trasfered all the AD I had on my CW and out it on my trickster so I could buy the Dragon Bone Whirls and be slightly ahead on the new character. After transferring, I purchased 1 dragon bone whirl and equipped it. As I go to buy the 2nd one I had NO idea you had to buy a specific one for off-hand. The only way you can divert them from one another is that the main hand one has the pink square on it for the weapon enchantmant (which I didn't know until now). So assuming I just had to buy 2 of the same Whirls and equip them both, that's exactly what I attempted to do. So upon tryin to equip the both of them, they both became bound and I could not equip the both of them. So now I just have a spare Whirl that can't be posted up on the auction house. They could at least name it "Off-Hand Dragon Bone Whirl"...

So I'm wondering if there is a way to change it to Off-hand or if there's any suggestion you guys have. Thanks

    sell the main hand and but the offhand is the only suggestion. or trade it for 1. good luck.

    It will also say on the main hand weapon "Main Hand Only" if it cannot be equipped as an offhand.

    The main hand is: DRAGON BONE WHIRL
    The off-hand is. : DRAGON BONE (S)whirl

    With an S, Swirl.
