New elemental evil ARC code not sending me anything ...

Just tried using the new code that was given and it "seemed to work" at first, but I noticed it didn't ask me for a character to send it to, which was strange.

I've redeemed codes through ARC before in Perfect World, so I'm pretty familiar with how it works and it always comes out with a selection menu for you to choose a character to send to. This is my first time using ARC code on Neverwinter so I figured it didn't ask me for a character because Neverwinter's ingame mail is account shared.

But when I logged into the game, I saw no mail. How are people receiving their ARC gifts? Is it through the ingame mail or some other means? Is it normal that you don't choose a character when redeeming codes in Neverwinter?

BTW, I tried resubmitting the code and this time it says it has already been redeemed. So it looks like it did process it the first time. It's just that I didn't get anything. I also tried clicking the "View Redeemed Keys" to see who it sent the item to, but it just hung with the busy twirling circle sign.

    You claim it at the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector's Enclave. And only can claim it on one character. He is located behind the Tyranny of Dragons quest givers, left side of the Temple of Tyr.
