Heirloom pack bug

So I purchased the Heirloom pack, and to my understanding my characters were suppose to get it.. Only my SW has gotten it, and he hasn't even gotten the bag. What gives?

    CLAIM VENDOR across from the guy that gives you fashion set early on

    so on every toon we can claim the heirloom set once ? and im guessing our bag is there as well ?

    Yes you can visit the claim vendor for each of your characters and get the heirlooms BUT you ONLY get the bag on your first character. You do not get a bag per character.

    Yep, it's true that only one of your characters can claim the bag, but you can use the shared bank slot to move the bag to another character if you want them to have it. You can even do this after you've already equipped the bag on one of your characters (i.e. its not bound to just the one char forever). I verified this worked yesterday. This is useful if say, you end up making another character and decide to make it your main and want them to have the bag.

    ^^^WTBS is that? That is not explained in the language of the item. I'd not likely have spent that money had I known that. Might be time to contact these people and start talking about compensation.

    OK i don't see where u can redeem a greater bag of holding, there isn't a spot to get it from the rewards claim agent?????? NEED HELP


    BTW heirloom pack say account wide false ads????? or mistake

    I'm pretty sure all the packs were fixed shortly after launch to show that the bags are only 1 per account since there were a lot of complaints about this same issue.

    k well do u know how i can get the the greater bag its not in the reward claim agent?
