We are currently experiencing outages across all PWE titles. We are working to resolve this situation. We will keep you updated.

    I can only speak on my behalf, but when we speak about stability at the user's end, i have better stability without maintenance. After every maintenance i have nearly always some sort of issues, which prevent me from enjoying the game.

    Considering they said it's across all PW games I would expect it's either an issue with the company hosting their servers or their ISP, not the actual servers themselves.

    Just curious if there is an ETA at all on when the servers will pop back up? I know you guys are working hard on fixing the problem but I am sure alot of us are wondering.

    Prolly my english is not good enough to understand topic.
    But, who cares of titles? We want to play. Remove all titiles and work on balance. Then $$ will come, and all devs will remain work.

    I'm sure they'll update us. Since it's all titles it's an issue at the data center, which means they need to talk back and forth with the data center techs before they even know what's wrong, let alone have an eta from the techs.

    to restart or not to restart its likely not the issue here if its ALL games effected unless all games get restarted at this time (ignornance is bliss when sticking to just 1 game that a company offers)

    hope its back soon, guess its a good thing i prayed 12 hours ago or i'd of lost my celestial coins with this 10 hour maint+

    I know and that's why I thought I would ask as I said I know everyone is working hard but some sort of update would be nice you know? so we arent all just sitting here wondering whats happening for the next few hours

    i just barely started this game only to find out the game is awesome. but i had problems with the cut-scenes lagging and the server hiccuping during game-play. is this what new users are to expect. this is not very appealing

    feargiver you need to make sure your computer has the specs to run the game I havent had a single issue with movie cut scenes or gameplay at all. Odds are its your computer specs that cannot handle the game play

    I'll have to disagree there. My pc specs are way over the recommended settings for NW but I sometimes barely play in minimum settings.

    Then you need to fix your computer because I am running at max settings on my computer and still have not had a single problem no lag nothing, everything on my end works perfectly so whats going on with yours?

    Well as a last year software engineering student I'll say there is nothing wrong with my computer.

    Well then you need to do some digging because if someone like me and many others can play absolutely no problem with no lag and no hiccups but you do then you cannot blame the game or the servers you only have your computer to blame.......

    Wasnt this update only supposed to be 2 hours long? lol its been many many many hours since it was supposed to be done and now there are so many problems going on and the mods arent even responding anymore its kind of annoying if you ask me. forum moderators really dont have anything to do with the technical side of it so keeping us updated should be number 1 priority instead of ignoring the thread and not talking to us at all

    Who says I'm the only one having problem? Almost all the people I know having similar issues.
