Hi!
I have a problem:

For a long time I can not do Tiamat :( because the colors, the lights, the graphic effects of this dungeon cause me ill ... a mild form of epilepsy ... It causes me nausea, dizziness, burning eyes, feel faint ....
I tried to set the graphics completely idle ... but do not solve the problem.
I was wondering:
  • is it possible, for some game option, remove the color? as was done in the old TV CRT mean. So that I can play it in black and white?
  • is it possible remove the color from the options on the graphics card or windows7?
  • is it possible remove the color from the options on the monitor?

I have a desktop PC with monitor ASUS VE247 I looked through the options but I can not find anything ...
I have a graphics card AMD Radeon R9 270 series.

ps: I apologize for my English, I'm an Italian girl.

Aw, they really should implement some colour filters for the game, you're not the first person complaining about it I've encountered :(

Maybe your monitor has some options to to adjust color? That's what I'd try at first.

If there are other cases I hope they solve. Is a certain news? they have to fix?
I tried putting the game graphics low. But it causes me the same problems. :(
I have this problem only to Tiamat. I do not believe that they settle down, I wait for months.
If I could play that dungeon in black and white ....:(

ps: sorry my English, I'm an Italian.

Yeah, as @vasdamas said, if theres any option related to colour level/adjust, u just need to lower it as much as u can to achieve B/W. If thats not the case, u could also try to lower britghness levels.

Try to play with sunglass and adjust the contrast of the monitor to grey

I personally don't do Tiamat but I have a issue with all the glare that come off dragons doing the heralds. I managed to get it to acceptable levels and see red markers a lot easier by setting options -> graphics -> light quality to low. 20+ plus people casting can produce a lot of feedback glare off of targets. Perhaps this might help.

Just turn saturation down to 0...either with the monitor or your video card control panel.

Monitor has setting called "Saturation", lower it to 0 and you will get almost B/W picture.
    To access this setting:
    Pres monitor "Menu button" once
Press Up arrow monitor button once
    Press Menu again
    Press Up arrow again
    Press Menu again
Press Down arrow until level goes to 0
    Press S/A button 3 times.

    Hope this helps

Thank you all. I had opened the same topic in the European forum and an administrator explained to me step by step how to do.
I set the saturation to zero by the Catalyst Control Center.
Now I just have to try it once in black and white and see if it causes me problems.
    Thank you all
