Alchemy and Residuum

I went to start up production on Major Flask of Potency and Major Flask of Protection and found that I could not because they need Residuum now. When did they change that?

    First mention of the task for the potion at the Wiki (http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Alchemy&oldid=52006) was on July 16th, 2013. There Residuum was already mentioned as a resource. I guess it has always required residuum (or at least for more than 18 months already).

    what level can you make the major flasks? Didnt see them on the wiki

    They are the top level potions. Once you have researched them.
