SCA Companion missing

I did SCA for first time, got companion for that character. Went on with next character, and it didn't offer the tutorial (adventure that gives companion) as an option. So I figured it was one per account. Did another quest instead. Went to next character, and it offered the tutorial/companion adventure ... and it offered it for all my other characters.

How can I get the companion adventure to come up for my second toon? I'd like to get the companion for him as well, but it will never give me the option to do that adventure.

    the tutorial quest should still exist in your SCA map on your characters even if you stop the tutorial. once you complete it, it will vanish.

    The key word is "should". For three of my characters, this is not the case. There are bugs in the implementation.
    Neverwinter Tools for evaluating boons, mounts, dyes, etc.

    You can claim the companion in the reclaim agent. Not sure if possible if you didn't do the sca tutorial on other chars.

    I just checked, and my affected characters are not offered Damaran Shepherds by the Reward Claims Agent. It probably requires Support intervention.

    I'm not greatly concerned, as my other characters have the Shepherds, and they aren't very useful.

    I was hoping this was something I could fix/do on my own, but I guess I will need to submit a Support ticket. *sad*

    Support was very unhelpful they just told me to go to SCA and click on the quest, completely disregarding the information I told them that the quest is not showing as an available one for that character.

    From what I heard.. if you clear your cookies, it will reset the quest. For some reason chrome does it every once in a while and I have to do the intro quest again so often.. gets annoying.
