Well we all know its a awesome this artifact is, for soloing or zerging big bosses... Besides the fact its damage is very unstable.... Either its power stat required or damage required it can be cancelled too after casting...
MY chromatic storm damages on description with 14 thousand + damage upon initial metoer impact. But when i put some potions buffs on my character it reaches 20 -22 k damage on description...
Damage also varies upon ENemy unit damage resistance may in PVP or PVE... i see it hit as low as 8 k damage on Test dummies PVP trade of blades room...
What has shocked me after CASt animation and the first meteor shoots down, it an be cancelled via stuns...
ON pvp
1. A CW chill striked me after my 3rd metoer hit the ground and canceled the rest of the meteors and the rest did not come down.
2. I walked in a GAS cloud of TR AOE area.
ON PVE
1. AFter a death of MOB in iCe windale w/c after dying explodes and freezes me on its AOE... on my 2nd meteor and the rest did not come down.
QUestion:
1. IF this is meant to be? WHich makes a semi channelling skill. (can move... but dnt get stunned)
2. Does it cancels also on knock backs or pushes or silence spells.

More like i am A range TYpe HR i can always finish my casting and ,meteors falling down... BUT i really feel bad to malee type units or those are near battle coz they are subjected more to Stun effects w/c After investing millions of AD will be just a stat artifact...PLS be wiser.
As primary Artifact. No.
DC Sigil is way better on nearly every class.
As secondary:
700 HP
525 "Normal" stats split as
-175 Power
-175 Defense
-175 Regen
450 AoE-Resist (Auxiliary Stat)
For PvE:
The HP, Defense and Regen is quite useless.
AoE Resist is nice, but among Auxiliary Stats people rather choose
Combat Advantage or Action Point gain.
175 Power is weak compared to 350 on other artifacts.
For PvP:
HP is only 700, can't compete with Vanguards Banners/GWF Sigils 1,800 HP value.
Defense and Regen are nice, but again other artifacts have better values (Waters 350 Def/450 Reg)
AoE-Resist: Unsure on that one I made no recent tests, but it just doesn't seem to scale well.
So yeah you may have a higher stat total compared to other artifacts. However,
we didn't hit values were we don't demand specific stats from Artifacts.
Therefore Artifacts with standard 350/350/450 Stat destribution are more effective.
The only upside Token might have is that 7M for a Legendary Artifact is somewhat cheap compared to others.
