So, I'm currently farming the winter event for the Winter Horse, does it mean that I can't have it anyway ?
The dappled riding horse and winter sled comes from the Event Vendors. So, if you get enough to buy them before becoming level 20, you'll still be able to buy it. You just won't be able to equip it until you unlock mount riding at level 20. If you're close to level 20, I'd suggest to go level up for a little bit and get to 20 for the wolf while it is free. The wolf gift ends in the morning of the 28th. It's also 2x Glory, EXP, andf Refinement Weekend, so that will help getting to level 20 faster.

So, if I claim the wolf now, will I be able to discard it and reclaim it later, (after the Winter event and all that), like other Zen store mounts?

    Good question...

Also, the Winterwolf Mount is currently reclaimable by ALL characters in your account using the Mounts Tab in the ZEN Market, as opposite to the note here were they state:
"*Note: These items can only be redeemed by one character per account and is not account-wide."

Zebular, can you confirm with the Community Managers if the mount reclaimable by all characters is WAI?

What I think about a mount in the shop says 80%, and in the truth is 50%?

Pretty sure the mount says it's both 50 and 80%. But since it's free it really doesn't matter. I picked one up to see which it was, and found it was 50%, so I put it in the bank and bought 1000 Zen to buy Clydesdales

This is why we can't have nice things. Company gives something away for free and the armchair lawyers start complaining about a typo.

Not sure. From the way the Gelatinous Cube became permanently reclaimable, I'd hope so. I'll ask though but those that would know might not be reachable until after the weekend.

It sounds like it's unintended and if it was unintended, it most likely wouldn't be able to be fixed until after it ends anyway. So, I imagine we should just consider it a bonus. Basically, we won't know till after the weekend as it's not game breaking or they are somehow able to look into it prior.

I claimed the winter wolf form the zen store> under Free. on one character.
It was not there for any other character, so 1 character per acct.

I am under level 20 and it is not letting me have it in my inventory anyway. Do I need to get level 20 to claim it and if I don't claim it right away will I not be able to get it at all?

At this point perhaps we should be thanking the crew for giving us such a
cool and well animated mount. Regardless of speed, they could just as
    easily have sold it, instead.

    Thank you Devs! :)

You can claim the free items to all of your chr. Just need to log out and wait some hours and then log in again, with the same account but diffeent chr.

Didn't need to do that. I claimed the wolf on my 5 other characters all within 15 mins.

Aye. They will then appear in the normal Mounts section after the first character on the account claims it from the Free section.

Does any one have the result to this question? Now that the winter wolf is out of the zen market for new claims, if we discard the one we have now, do we get to reclaim it?

I just checked in game. Before deleting my wolf, it showed in the normal Mount section as Free. After deleting, it became available to reclaim like any other purchased mount, for 0 Zen. I'm not sure how much it costs normally now but I suspect its also on sale with the other mounts right now too. Not sure if it will stay in the Zen store permanently, but the Gelatinous Cube is still there and I'd imagine even if they were to pull a mount, it would remain available for those who've unlocked it. STO is the same with their Zen Ships as Neverwinter is with its Zen Mounts. Once purchased, they remain permanently reclaimable for all your characters.

The good news is that it is easy to claim a refund. Simply right-click and select "discard". The wolf will be returned to the store and you will get an instant credit of 0.00 Zen returned to your account balance.

    LOL! That's too funny!

Thanks for the confirmation, I was afraid to permanently loose it.
