Imperial Cloak

I don't know if this was posted already, but the Imperial Cloak artifact equipment that you can buy with Linu's Favors is currently BoE, while all the others are BoP.

    This isn't correct. I have a BoE Imperial Dragon Cloak, from a herald encounter.

    I'm not talking about the cloaks coming from the Heralds.
