Foundry????

How do I enter a foundry????? I tried going into some quest thing thats on the board but right now I'm just stuck in this darn quest where there's no exit ! Please help, I'm new , I have no idea what a skirmish / foundry is , how to enter one , and asdfasdfasdfasdf *throws keyboard onto floor* *cries*

    Right now I'm stuck in this map AND IM FREAKING SCARED THERES LIKE TONS OF MONSTERS EVERYWHERE AND I CAN'T GET OUT EVEN AFTER DROPPING THE QUEST .... IS THERE ANYONE ONLINE THAT WILL LET ME PARTY AND INSTANCE TO THEM

    Under the map on the top right, there's a "leave area" button, Symbol of an exit door.

    a skirmish is like a small short dungeon. the foundry is a tool to make and play custom quests made by other users.
