have the artifact and boon drop rates increased yet?

i remember reading this in some patch (maybe mod 5) but cant remember...

    The changes to the boon book drop rate are for Module 5.

    Don't know why they don't for some things. Last module they knew roar was broken, but waited for the next module to actually fix it despite already having a fix on preview...

    Because they are most likely going to bundle a boon book in with a zen store item to maximize profits on Module 4 before proceeding to module 5.

    On a side note: If this post remains up very long, i'll be shocked.

    I'd rather they had a campaign completion during mod 6 for mod 4 and 5, it'd be better value than sharandar/dread ring that people would gladly skip the effort. Though I suppose it's value depends on how much the boon books will cost. Right now 1m is a small amount for a rare drop, but a ridiculous amount to buy a boon so I sold 4 tomes so far without my 4th or 5th boon on any toon. I wouldn't bother paying anything other than AD for it though.

    The same thing is happening with Piercing Blade !! literally !!

    I don't get the dev's logic.. it's fixed on preview... friggin' patch it to live.
