They need more utility. dazz, aoe, range/melee, gap closer/escape, invis, prone, dodge for whole party is not enough. Paired with the somewhat ok surviveabillity(wilds medicine needs buff) and the encounter damage which needs to be toned up + fox shift needs to be spammable again! the class could finally shine.

- More DPS. They still MIGHT lose to some other classes in group DPS and some other classes come too close in ST DPS.
- Healing is inadequte. This is proven by some random under 50% health kills now and then.
- More Stealth. Rogue still wins them in this regard... Atleast some of the TRs.
- Faster stamina regain. Hey they still can't just keep shift and w pressed to move forward.
Warlock needs:
- More hitpoints. They still aren't THE tankiest class in the game.
- Faster run speed. GWF can still hold the pace with Bravery, which is totally unfair!
- Better stamina regain. GWF can run almost as long as they, which is soooo unfair!
- More DPS! Perhaps greatest single DPS that can be used on multiple targets isn't good, the win must be complete.
- More lingering DPS. How can we kill all those fleeing enemies alone otherwise?
- Better obstacle penetration! Shooting trough pillars is not enough, the ray should go trough EVERYTHING!
- More prone abilities! They just aren't spammable enough!
Give us 4 or more power/item bar profiles so we can change powers and items with one click that are suited for the situation.

nah that's too much, you need to give other classes chance to use at least one skill if they jump on you out of nowhere
we can't just give them Kill target At-will power but we can give them something like hmmm

As for piercing blade nerf. It's not a nerf, just a fix. It won't pierce buffs such as unstoppable, sprint GF's block, but it will still pierce deflect and basic DR. Apart from that HR receives no nerf. Will deal a slight bit less damage on tanks but their survivability wasn't touched. Thus, they'll be as OP as ever.
My honest proposals for the improvement of poor HRs:
1)Arrow of shard avalanche:You fire an arrow and out of nowhere an OP CW appears to help you.Summons Shard.Miss or not you gain 100% of CW stats for 25 secs.This effect stacks up to 3 times.
2)Unstoppable Arrow:New feat.If you fire an arrow to any toon and that toon deflects it you gain unparallel determination.You grow in size and you can use your bow as a wooden club.
You gain CC immunity for 6 secs and your DR is increased by 40%.
If even you die while in Unstoppable arrow mod upon ressurection you gain 2000 power and 3000 deflect for 2600secs.
3)Ninja Spirit:New encounter.While in melee mode not only you look like a ninja(this is aleady a reality) but you behave as one too.
Your stealth increases for 200% while this encounter is active and your second att will is replaced by Ninja Stars.
You throw Ninja stars to the nemy dealing 265,6% of your main hand damage as piercing damage.max range 85 feet.
4)Mark of the Troll:New feat.For every enemy toon chasing you and hitting you whilke flagged for pvp you gain a stack of Troll Mark.
Troll Mark incresing your speed by 50% and replenishes all your stamina everytime you dodge.For every hit you take while mark of the Troll is active you gain +5% Deflect.Max 23 Stacks.

hr tank + regen master + damage spammer
i mention hr as a tank because of almost infinite shift(dodge) and highest self regen(heal) feats.i have a 16k hr and i know what im talking about, they should fix PB, also the regen of this class is so much. they can kill anyone in pvp without fear because of profound armor + wild medicine.

Seriously, seen some really incredible rangers who are OP in PvP. Quit your whining and learn to play.
I find this thread outright lolarious. Granted I'm still getting gimped as HR (not to mention winding myself up like a newb), but that's down to me still being a newb in Domination. imo having 2 magic users should fix the OP's woes. Srsly guys, I discovered that having 2 magic users (most ideally DC and CW) will give your team an added edge against a team made up of 100% warriors (iirc all the fights where I got gimped were w/teams having only 1 or even zero magic users).
If we're talking abt the early lvls, HR can be outright under-powered. Once you get the Oak Armour thingy tho... well, I realised that skill is an outright tank-job.

I tried that before against a TR 1 vs 1. Poor bloke got pwned after getting hit by a MR-FS-DS-AS loop.
Oh, and 1 more thing. If you end up getting ganked, it means you're meant to stay dead. The CC factor can get really absurd if we're talking abt 2 vs 1.
Just a tip here: If you don't even know when AND where your team is outnumbered, forget abt playing PvP.
P.S: Still trying to get my HR build right if we're talking abt PvP. Apparently, doing a ranged spec HR is the worst way to die.

combat HRs are ridiculously OP
way too much armor piercing damage that procs on at wills
you can bring someone down to < 50% health in a second or two
so much deflect that is combined with regen, stupid amount of survivability
