Ideas for fixing rogues

We know they are going to be making some changes to the class soon so why don't we post some ideas to give them a hand. Post your ideas here. Try not to go crazy. We should be looking for balance instead of OP FOTM.

1. Get rid of tenacious concealment. Make it an innate feature of the class. Reduce the amount of stealth meter that is decreased by damage across the board.

2. Get rid of bait and switch. The only point to it is to stay perma -stealth. It adds no value other than AP gain. Perma- stealth is getting kicked to the curb I think. It just causes agro and hate from other classes. Replace it with something more spectacular {at least animation wise }

3. Lower the stamina cost of dodge roll so that a full bar provides 3 instead of 2.

4. Add a small bleed effect to deft strike since the target just got stabbed in the back

    What I see over there is a bunch of QQ bring back impact shot lets 1 hit CW's again drama. My post is goaled to try and stay away from the FOTM OP drama that only gets ignored by devs and eventually shut down by mods.

    So basically you're saying -

    - Get rid of Bait and Switch -> Destroy the most successful & only useful high-end PvP TR Build.
    FOR:
    - Another Dodge
    - Constant Tenacious concealment
    - Bleed on Deft strike
    So the TR will have another Dodge... What does it equal to, 2 more at-will attacks? Tenacious concealment? That won't change a thing. TR's are still visible in stealth when you're close to them. TC is not the difference maker. And Deft strike? No TR uses Deft strike. Not in PvP and not in PvE.

    The "fixes" aren't supposed to NERF TRs further, which is exactly what you do. They are supposed to make TRs useful in PvE and maybe introduce a different style other than perma-stealth. You remove perma-stealth but give very little in return.

    And I say this even though the TR that I am playing is a combat TR, with no stealth maintaining powers at all.
