Items that Scale/Can be used at any level

Hello - I searched the forums and couldn't find any information.

I know the Xvim items and the Ancient Mulhorand items scale to your level. I also know there are some blue items that either scale (Dragon Bone items) or are level 60 but can be used at any level.

Is there any way to locate a list of these items? Not entirely sure what to search for on the AH or in google. Tried items that scale and items that level with you, and didn't get much.

Any help would be appreciated and probably useful for this weekend ;)

    The Ring of the Dragonslayer from the Dragonborn Legend pack also scales.

    The wiki doesn't have a list of these items yet, but it's a good idea.
    Neverwinter Tools for evaluating boons, mounts, dyes, etc.

    You've got most of it covered. There's the Fang of Bahamut belt which you get one of in the Dragonborn pack (binds to character on equip), and could get one by redeeming some promo code as well. Less useful than a Xvim belt but much cheaper if buying on the AH.

    They haven't released any armor like this yet.

    There are also the old equipment crates like Gloomwrought that drop items you can use for about 10 levels, because they have reduced level requirements for the stats they grant.

    There was some item I had that said "This is a level 60 item, but can be used at any level". I can't recall what it was, something Star or something. Might still have it on a character somewhere. It didn't level with you, but you could use it at any level.

    Yeah, those are from the equipment crates. Opening them at level 51-60 would drop a level 60 item with a reduced level requirement. Opening it at level 41-50 would drop a level 50 item with a reduced level requirement. Items would be usable at the level you were at, not at any level, a subtle difference.

    The Gloomwrought gear is specifically lacking in enchantment slots. I think this was addressed with the equipment packs in the Feywild and Dark Forest boxes, and this type of item was then replaced with the Mulhorand gear.

    Some or all of the items from the Dark Forest Equipment Arsenal http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Dark_Forest_Equipment_Arsenal (purple items), the Sylvan Equipment Arsenal http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Sylvan_Equipment_Arsenal (blue items) and the Gloomwrought Weapons Crate http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Gloomwrought_Weapons_Crate (also blue) are like this.

    Slayer Knight Set (set bonus, all 3 items with enchantment slots)
    Slayer Amulet of the Xvim (AH/Lockbox)
    Slayer Ring of the Xvim (AH/IWD campaign)
    Slayer Belt of the Xvim (AH/world event)
    - Xvim items are Bind on Account

    From Dragonborn Legend Pack (good option if you own this pack, because Cryptics prohibited using dual Xvim rings)
    Ring of the Dragonslayer (enchantment slot)
    - The Ring is Bind on Character, but can be claimed on every character
    Fang of Bahamut belt slot
    Wings of Bahamut neck slot

    Ancient Mulhorand pack (no set bonus, all 3 items with enchantment slots, also weapon has enhancement slot)
    Ancient Mulhorand mainhand for all classes (AH/Lockbox)
    Ancient Mulhorand offhand for all classes (AH/Lockbox)
    Ancient Mulhorand cloak - neck slot (AH/Lockbox)
    - Mulhorand items are Bind on Character

    Dragon Bone weapon pack (no set bonus, both 2 items with enchantment slots, also weapon has enhancement slot)
    Dragon Bone mainhand for all classes (AH/drop)
    Dragon Bone offhand for all classes (AH/drop)
    - Dragon Bone items are Bind on Character

    - all Wild items are Bind on Character, but can be claimed on every character

    Fated and Wild items do not scale to level, but can be equipped at level 1. Technically they bind to character, but can be redeemed on all characters and reclaimed if thrown away.

    Correct, the booster pack items do not scale with level, but they are very good until lvl 15ish - and they have enchantment slots, so even a rank 4 will give you amazing stats for your character's level.
