Critical Promise, Daughter's promise, lesser curses, murderous flame as of now are a waste of points. All of them combined are less than 2% of an SW's damage. According to act all of them combined was less than 250k in a run with more than 12m damage dealt.
These feats are primarily intended to convert non-necrotic damage into necrotic damage that will trigger Creeping Death. They are not intended to be significant damage contributors in their own right but to keep Creeping Death ticking as often as possible. If you run 100% necrotic damage anyway then they are probably not worth taking as the incremental DPS is trivial.
-Creeping Death only applies on the very first hit of Dreadtheft, since that is the one that removes the curse. This means that Creeping Death does only a minuscule amount of damage, making it less worth it when compared to some other encounters.
This is WAI as the first tick of Dreadtheft consumes the curse. What you have to do is apply Warlock's Curse, 'cover' it with Warlock's Bargain (which is unremoveable), and THEN hit Dreadtheft. You can very easily get 100 Creeping Death stacks this way, along with max stacks (5) of the Dreadtheft buff/debuff.
Damnation tree Soul Puppets get trapped outside the boss lair in fights where you teleport to the boss (eg. MC, Karrundax, Cragmire), and they remain stuck outside until you can somehow get them to spawn inside the room, and you cannot spawn another easily. This means usually you do the most if not the entire boss fight without the aid of your puppet.

Not just those fights either, i'm having to drop back to the character selection screen prior to engaging the final Bosses in PF and Grimak dailies as transitioning into the fight leaves my puppet stuck behind the invisble barriers. Coming straight back from the selection screen clears the puppet and allows its spawn to work as soon as you engage the Boss... very poor, should have been fixed by now.

I want to add that some skills need more explanation, for example Dreadtheft can be interrupted if you get prone. Also some skills does not said that the damage is over the time.
COMBINATION OF SKILLS:
Also I want to add that if you are fast with your fingers you cant combine more than 2 skills, because takes a lot of delay between one skill and the next one. Animation of skills are slow (should be reduced to the half of the time at least) and also some skills fails and get stucked if you press so fast, for example if you cast Helish rebuke and you want to fast cast Hand of Blight it get stucked and keep spamming Hellish Rebuke till you stop attacking 1 or 2 seconds and attack again.
GATES OF HELL:
Hell Gates Skill is very bad, you need to put the gate behind the target and you stay on front with "the target" in the middle. Fails a lot, distance not good and also in PvP is almost imposible to do it, when people see the Gate just move a little to the side and thats it, you loose the entire skill, beside is 99% dead for warlock because you put the gate and you need to stay in front of the enemy, so you are dead before Hell Gate end or Hell Gate end and you are killed 2 seconds later. Its suicide almost.

(Power/Feat) Skills and feats that are supposed to proc off of Warlock's Curse proc off of any curse at the moment. This includes Relentless Curse and Dark One's Blessing as a minimum, but possibly others as well.
