Elven Hunter's Hide Armor too much AC

The +4 Elven Hunter's Hide Armor is the Hunter Ranger reward from the Sharandar Campaign quest "To the Farthest Forest". Its Armor Class is higher than it should be. For comparison, I've listed most of the level 60 armor pieces for Hunter Rangers, with their Armor Class.

+4 Elven Hunter's Hide Armor +10 AC
Armor of the Dread Legion +9 AC
Armor of the Forest Lord +9 AC
Armor of the Grand Warden +9 AC
Armor of the Royal Guard +9 AC
Fabled Iliyanbruen Hide Armor +9 AC
Gemmed Hunter's Armor +6 +9 AC
Grand Warden's Armor of the Drake +9 AC
Master Predator's Armor +9 AC
Armor of the Forest Warden +8 AC
Glade Stalker's Armor +8 AC
High Sentry's Armor +8 AC
High Sentry's Armor of the Unicorn +8 AC
Iliyanbruen Ancestral Hide Armor +8 AC
Tunic of the Thayan Zealot +8 AC
Dread Servitor's Hide Armor +8 AC
Neverwinter Tools for evaluating boons, mounts, dyes, etc.

    seems they stealth changed it during latest patch.....i loved my +10 AC armor :'(

    but seems you were right about it bbeing a bug...personally i thought it was just compensating the somewhat decent stats it had other then the AC.

    dont u have anything else to do??? do u realy believe somebody will ever use that piece of junk insteed of a t2 set??? or do u think 1% dr is op???

    How is 1 more AC overpowered ? even if it was an extra 5-10 ac, it still wouldn't compare with most other armors, because the other stats are way less and you are missing out on set bonuses.
