Ok... Now I can make the poll.. Everyone plays this new mod now. I would have to say I vote for Mod 3. Module 4 is very horrible... It's broken BIG time... GF mixed with knight's vigor and Blue dragon glyph. That makes everyone stop moving in pvp. It's more like unplayable 100%... It was very CRAZY....

Module 3 had some nice aspects - I loved the look of the area, and liked getting the Yeti companion and the title "The Pure". That's about it, however - the BI armor was pretty much useless for me, the boons were not very interesting and I have no interest in PvP whatsoever. I cannot see myself going back to IWD unless forced to.
Module 4 is much better as far as rewards go - the boons are great, the artifact belt looks really interesting, and the draconic armor is at least usable. Also, like Sharandar it will be worth going back to the area after all content is unlocked, just for the enchant you can get. However, until you unlock the skirmish/dungeon there is nothing really new to see - no eye candy.
Minus the fact that they screwed over people that preordered the pack, mod 4 seems better. Not really been doing pvp, but remember when mod 3 was released? Mobs kept disappearing, pvp HE was completely broken, KR required over 20% Bi resistance despite being reported a while in advance on the preview shard, and pvp queues took forever to get in. Both of them released overpriced items though. That's ok because this game is top quality with minimal bugs...
For me, mod 4 is better. IWD is fun, but the boons are not as good as even sharandar or dread ring are to me. I only PvP casually so I never cared about black ice gear or the open pvp areas that much. I did participate in them from time to time when I saw someone alone that I might be able to beat. It was fun, but only a passing fancy on my way to do the dailies in the area.
I love the idea of visiting areas I've already been to and discovering new things. I love the dragonborn race. I absolutely love the boons available in this campaign.
So, yeah, Mod 4 ftw.

Pros and Cons in both..
I wouldve voted for Mod 2 honestly, as DR campaign was a nice progression with a better boon set then Mod 3.
Mod 4 has much more valuable boon set, but Im so tired of the HEs already its not funny.
I want simply progression based pve, so when you are done you actually have time to do PVP and DD's, not just run dailies over and over and over and over and over..
and over.. ​and over and over ​and over and over and over and over...
Both mods seemed not to bring much actual "content", and a ton of extra stuff to grind on. However, mod 4 is so incredibly broken at the moment (raw-input issues, shader issues, AMD multicore issues, UI scale issues, blue dragon glyphs, Oghma's token, CW procs etc.) that it seems to be in a much worse place, despite actually having a dungeon (unlike mod 3). Not impressed.

The shader crashes, raw input crashes, new and old ui scale bugs, framerate issues, broken feat refunds, gamebreaking glyphs, overpowered cw procs, broken singularity and 10 second CD on new artifact at orange would like to disagree. That's just for starters.

I would have to say Mod 3. Because along with many others I have been unable to log in at all.
I think the mod is fine overall, but that blue dragon glyph is really ruining pvp. If that gets fixed soon, things should be ok.
It's too bad they didn't let us test them or this wouldn't be a problem.
Isn't that a one time item with a timer? So far I have not seen a way to get more. Can anyone enlighten me to that? I bought the dragon pack but have yet to open or use these enchants as i'm not sure who to use them on atm.

I personally enjoyed MOD3 and found the blackice gear useful on all my toons, its the feeding it ice that was problematic as it does get tiring farming for ice, I did manage to make 2 R9 black ice enchants and a bunch of R8 which are the only high ranking enchants i've been able to get so far playing this game. Those however are not so useful on all my toons so right now I use them on my CW gear since it is purified and lost power and recover so this makes up for that with crit being a nice bonus.
One thing I don't like about MOD4 is its just recycled old maps until you get to the dungeon and skirmish and since those are probably weeks away from being unlocked due to daily timer and 20 hour timer on top of that ...
I do like fighting dragons but its not very compelling. Really wish they would have instanced the area you go in to capping it at 10 players upon entry, so once 10 people go in more can't show up to kill the dragon. I don't like seeing 20+ people kill the dragon in under 10 seconds.

It would be nice if they would increase the health of the dragon based on the number of people in the area where it is fought. So if 30 people show up in that area the dragon is actually in (not the whole instance itself) then the dragons HP goes up substantially.
M3 brought annoying content but also brought some hope to the class balance. Also it was on M3 that the economy started to die.
M4 brought cool content but also brought imbalanced, too drastic and unnecessary class changes, and also brought some "unpleasant" visual bugs that makes me feel like I'm still on the Preview shard.
This Mod is better for the mere fact GWF have finally been brought in line, and the plethora of GWFs running around the server acting like they're pvp gods of skill have been proven to be nothing but the opposite as we all thought!

I think you're overestimating them.

The only difference is that CW Mod 4 > GWF Mod 3, and PvE will always work fine cause it's easy.

My current top5 is: M2 > M1 > M3 > Classic = M4
Mod3 had a brand new questing area, open world PVP (which admittedly was broken for most of the mod, but nonetheless was new), and introduced HEs.
At least for the start, Mod3 was better.
