Changing Appearance - Can't see character

I can't see my character, which makes it extremely difficult while trying to customize my character.

Anybody know a fix to this? Thanks.

    This is one of the many parts of the game which doesn't work properly with a UI scale adjustment. You need to temporarily set your UI scale to 1.0 in "interface" before using appearance change or making new characters. This has been broken for a very long time, and no-one seems to be bothered to fix it.

    It also affects:

    Boons
    Chat word wrap
    Requesters (e.g. the claims agent, or vendor buy back)
    Dungeon scoreboards
    ..and much more :D
