Bracer's

Ok I'am stuck I have all my Black Ice gear and weapons except Bracer's. Can someone direct me to the best way to get them so I can finish out this set. It's probably right in front of my face but just don't see it.

    Remorhaz (Epic) is your best bet. There's no rhyme or reason to it at all. I spent a week searching for it, trying to get there as soon as possible and do the most DPS. I picked up mine yesterday running into the HE with 20 seconds left.

    No clue, -Trace.

    We have another module of the same torture if you want the new Draconic set , the boots and gloves drop at Dragon HE's ... yippppeeee XD

    My tip for the mod 4 HE's dropped gear is to farm them from day one before while there is potential for the drop rate to be higher than Cryptic want , that's what I did with the Black ice stuff and got everything early , since they changed the drop rates I haven't seen a thing .

    I got my bracers off the corrupted wolves in icewind pass and my 2nd one on protectors. I've noticed that if you are a dps class and you get there first and start the encounter, rewards seem to be better. I did that method with the wolves and protectors in dwarven valley where I got my black ice orb..

    ...and mine by arriving late and firing off maybe 3 split shots at the mine the black ice encounter in IWP

    I noticed the same thing (and also got mine from the corrupted wolves). However, it's not like it was a huge difference. It's like you always have a miniscule chance of the drop from just participating, but have a slightly-less-miniscule chance if you can get some good solo or duo work in early in the HE.

    Thanks for the help..I see it has gotten harder. I now have a better idea where to look. ;)
