Slayer Knight Set?

Has anyone used or tested this set? The set bonus sounds good but I read somewhere that it has a very long cooldown. I haven't found much about it, so any experiences or info would be much appreciated.

    The only reason to use it is:
    a) stats fit your build and you don't have alternatives.
    b) leveling

    The set bonus is trash.

    the et bonus is nice for PVP;
    I use it with my TR PVP and its works great
    the stat are not the best if you want to get high GS, but compare to other accessory set bonus it might the best

    its also bound account, so if you plan to have several characters its a good investment

    the only problem I see with this set is the price :)
