Not getting verification code

When I try to log in the game says it's sent me a code at my e-mail to register my PC.
No code is appearing in my inbox though.

    I got mine about an hour after I tried to log in, so it may just be that the service sending them out is bogged down. However, after I got it I entered it and it said it "One Time Code Failure"

    At least i'm not the only one with this issue. I'm a little peeved because...well I bought the founders pack...the hero of the north one...and I wanna play :(

    same here i finally got it after a long time only to get code failure.. come on seriously? i want to see things work better before i spend real life cash on a founders pack.

    I have the same problem. The game asks for a authorization code send to me via email but i have not yet received one. This is a pretty sloppy CB if you ask me. Good thing i haven't spend any money yet. Which proves, never buy a cat in a bag. :(

    I dont know why you'd consider buying a bagged cat in the first place.


    Also having this problem. Also had trouble remembering my account info and tried doing the account recovery stuff and never got an email. Finally was able to guess my login/pass that I had made years ago.

    how long did it take for you to get yours? Just curious I'm coming up on about 40min now

    I've heard some people had to wait an hour up to three before they got the code.

    tell the truth they need to stop that one time code it seems like veryone have plom with it
