BUG : main weapon visible in steatlh

Hey guys,
i just experienced a bug :
my main weapon was still visible when i was in stealth on my TR !
It happens only on the main weapon with a enchant weapon ( BI/fallen dragon weapons with normal vorp )
It was funny, it happened in IWD Opvp when i was trying to run away from a massive gank xD
I can understand that TR should disable ioun stone to stay unvisible, but about the enchant weapon ?!
i didnt try on my DC with the cloak which allow to stealth.
I supposed its a well know bug right ? If yes, since when is it reported ? i didnt find another thread about that.
I just dont understand how did they introduce that bug and how is it possible to not being already fix ?
I hope it will, at least, fix in MOD4 patch ..

As i said, many guys, in IWD, followed me to kill me. My ioun was disable. There were no way to run away from them, they just follow me.
And i did the test with a friend in PE, i saw his weapon while stealth ( with PF ). He saw my weapons in stealth ( with vorpal ).
It seems more critical than you think also.
Someone to confirm ?
