Devoted Cleric human feats, 20 or 23 heroic feats?

I had read that the human cleric would get 23 feats, 3 over the other races. If i had known that not to be the case I would have gone with another race. Is this correct or a bug? Ty

    nevermind, when i logged back in it was fixed.
