Post-level 60 Power Points

Managed to fill my XP bar and received a power point from the reward box.

Problem is, it won't allow me to place any points into powers that don't already have at least one rank in them. The tool tip gives me the same message it does when you try and put points in powers you're not leveled for.

    weird problem Oo btw does that also give a feat point (or is there a way to get one) ?

    Ok, after playing for a little bit, I suddenly can place the point in any power. Don't know if it's when I changed instance, area or what, but I was able to spend it.

    Also no, no feat points. That would be crazy over powered.

    How do you know when you have enough xp for an additional power point ?

    Yeah I reported this in testing but surprise surprise it was ignored , you need to open the power window , close it then open it again and you can then add the point.
