Gateway timing out!

  You're not the only one. It times me out, in game too, if I switch toons.

  I am getting serious timeouts on gateway and sometimes in game aswell.. You got some serious issues..

  Doesn't load through my phone either. I pinged the gateway from my server, without packet loss at 57ms, so it's obviously server side, which would explain why it's affecting some people and not others. Curious, but were you guys on Dragon server, originally?

  Same here. They had issues with ARC earlier.

  I'm wondering if it's related to toons that were originally on Dragon Server. Just 'cos they merged the servers, doesn't mean they didn't keep the databases separate.

  That's what I thought...... Pretty sure it's database related, then. I wonder how long we're gonna have to wait for the almighty, "We're aware of the situation and working on a resolution for it."

  Yep, same issues here for my husband and I, and were both from Dragon as well.

  Now I am having issues loggin in the game aswell.. Seems it's getting worse. And still no response from the man up top.

  Same here, time outs, i have several characters but i can access only two of them. These 2 chars are the only ones that are working in professions.

  Yeah I don't have access to either my Mindflayer or Dragon toons.

  My GATEWAY observations:
  (time out meaning login works, but after the character select screen it does not "resolve" with selecting a character, and then "time out" error message)
  PC 1 firefox:
  time outs for all characters
  tired PC 2 firefox:
  works on all toons
  try PC 1 firefox: still not working
  try PC 2 firefox again: working
  do professions on PC2 firefox .. OK
  ... later ....
  PC2 firefox times out as well
  retry PC1 firefox times out
  retry PC1 IE 11 ... character select succesful!
  retry PC1 Firefox ... still dead
  retry PC2 Firefox ... still dead
  
  extremely weird!
