Logged in today to find my character stripped of his his gear enchantements (all level 8 and up greater vorps etc) deleted characters and will not be back...too much time money and effort lost/wasted. Anyhow where do I go to completely delete any trace of my account?

Send a ticked to support. I will take some time for them to respond but I heard they can rollback your account to before you were hacked, effectively getting all of your stuff back.
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.

Thanks. I sent out a few reports to support. Appreciate the response.
Before this gets locked, it's always a good idea to email support and see what they can do. Don't expect too much sometimes they don't roll back at all sometimes they only partly roll back. Also try checking out any activity list from your email to see if that's been compromised at all. Change your neverwinter password if you still intend to play and any that share the same password.

good luck. they wont do anything to fix anything. you need to make sure you dont have any virus, malware or other malicious software on your pc and then you need to change your pass and if you can, your email address i dont remember if you can or not. i dealt with this on FW.
OP, this is a support issue and needs to be addressed by support. this is handled on a case by case basis so no one here on the forums can tell you what will or will not happen. and since this is considered a personal matter, the discussion of the outcome on the open forums is considered a violation of the privacy policy and the forum rules of conduct.
we're definitely sorry that this happened and hope for the best.
