ok, so the Knight Captain set bonus states it has a 25% chance on using a power to buff your party's Power stat by 60%

does that include At-Will Powers?

is that based on YOUR power score or Theirs?

and most importantly: does it have a cooldown?

i'm assuming it does, as 100% uptime on a buff like that would be kinda OP, so:

if it does have a (unlisted) CD, how long is it?

You get absolutely NOTHING from it, your party does.

They get the boost to their specific damage/power scores.

It procs ALL the time... As long as you are swinging at things, it is up. Period.

    No cooldown.

The icon you want to look for is the same one for rez sickness... It's the skull and bones with the purple outline and black backdrop. See that (assuming it is not rez sick) and they are procced by KC.

its the skull icon, same as retribution from the DC armor set, slightly different from res sickness, its a grey background not purple. buff icons are small I can see how you could mistake it for res sickness but they are different. it has 100% uptime as long as you are holding down your left mouse button or using encounters, and yeah it doesn't benefit the GF wearing the set.

wow, i can see now why parties would want a GF with KC. 60% extra power 100% of the time is an awesome buff

i already knew it did not affect the GF wearing it, what i meant was: is the 60% buff based on my power (8000, resulting in a 4800 buff for everyone) or does everyone get a separate boost based on their own power?

Everyone gets a separate boost based on THEIR OWN Power and Defense.
