Mouse buttons

I have Genius Gila Gaming Mouse which has 12 buttons. In-game in keybinds you can choose Special Keys: mouse button 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 but work only 4, 5. Rest don't work.

    I have a WOW steel series mouse and the 11 buttons used to work last summer, but since I came back on I can't get it to work.....yet it works in other mmorpgs and I'm on the same computer it worked on before....any tips?
