GWF Student of the Sword granting too much damage

This skill provides 15% defense reduction from student = 5% mitigation, 15% from GPF = 3% mitigation, 20% from p terror = 4% mitigation. So by the reduction from other skills/enchants this should be giving a max of 9% extra damage, when in fact it is giving 15% extra damage.

[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Wicked Strike deals 2049 (1782) Physical to Target Dummy.

[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Wicked Strike deals 2025 (1761) Physical to Target Dummy.

[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Wicked Strike deals 3086 (2684) Physical to Target Dummy.

[Combat (Self)] Your Wicked Strike deals 1171 (1018) Physical to Target Dummy.

[Combat (Self)] Your Wicked Strike deals 1179 (1071) Physical to Target Dummy.

[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Wicked Strike deals 1793 (1559) Physical to Target Dummy.

[Combat (Self)] Your Wicked Strike deals 835 (726) Physical to Target Dummy.

[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Wicked Strike deals 1848 (1607) Physical to Target Dummy.

[Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Mighty Leap deals 4439 (3860) Physical to Target Dummy.


A few crits to build then an encounter, pretty easy to see 15% more damage.

    It's been working that way since launch. It's a well known fact, and the mitigation debuff works for the entire team.

    Doesn't change the fact that it's a bug and I'm reporting it.

    Enough. Players have the right to report what they think may be a bug in game mechanics without being ridiculed for it. The devs will determine what needs to be fixed and what does not. Flaming and trolling will not be tolerated. Thank you.

    Stox, I agree, reduce student of the sword, and compensate for it elsewhere. Make gwfs less debuff dependant. Give them higher burst that way. Will also be great for dps racing, since you'll be buffing the party less. Keep up the good job :)
