Bug: Arcane Coffers not giving any/correct loot

has anyone else had this issue!?

items disappear instead of going to Inventory.

it has happaned several times to the "Gauntlet" chests at the end of dread ring. at least 3 times the Peridots did not go to my inventory.

And I let that slide except today, I got my claim reward "Coffer of Augmentation" and it did NOT go to my inven. This sucks because it is a ONCE a week reward claim so I had to come complain about this one.

This also happens sometimes when I win an item on a roll in a dungeon or skirmish.

    How do you collect your item/reward by the way? Do you click or press a key?

    Don't open arcane coffers atthe same time as someone else in your party. Wait for them to finish and move away.

    As for your wondrous coffer, if you spent 7 celestial coins, it definitely appears in your inventory. Look a bit harder, as it looks identical to many other chests. Clicking Sort can help.

    Hmm. I've noticed a few times not getting the rewards for contests (quickling slaying, that sort of thing), or not getting all of them. Haven't really been too upset about it, but... might be related? I'd certainly be annoyed if it happened with a coffer...

    Contest reward screen is buggy and will show both current as well as past rewards when it should only show current.

    I collect my rewards by using both methods (number keys or F; or mouse) It happens on either occasion.

    I have not had it happen in contests, as you mentioned, but it could be related.

    And yes it is kind of upsetting. It was only 4 peridots but what if it was the (rare) artifact from there . =X

    I can't offer an explanation for missing purchases or loot rolls, but I have been affected by the simul-looting of arcane coffers, where you see the other person's loot for a second but get nothing.

    I even knew about this and had been making sure not to trigger it, but was a bit careless last night and missed out on my coffer treasure when running one instance of PF.

    TOP i would like to know if DEVs/MODS know about this because I KNOW I'm not the only one this has happened to. And it happens often.

    There have been instances where my rogue looted an iron coffer to get a Mark of Potency and an Aquamarine only for it to not end up in my inventory. I have also seen quantities greater than one listed but when it showed up in inventory it was only one.

    I asked around in chat and others are either not getting what they saw or getting something lesser.

    Is this being looked at currently? To have the only blue potency mark i've seen since the expansion hit poof on me is disconcerting.

    Seriously, out of level 60 dread ring chests, and especially coffers due to all the timesink we went through to get adamantine gauntlets, chances of mid to high level refining items should be higher than low, or at least a recipe to combine the bajillion minors and lessers to make regulars and greaters.

    All I feel when i open a coffer is disappointment.

    If you are doing them in a party, don't all try to open the coffer at once and there won't be any issues.
    Wait for 1 person to open and leave. Then have the next person go for it.

    Its the same with any chest in dungeons.

    I've done it both solo and in party and by following that simple rule, I've never "lost out" on any items from the coffers.

    I've never had this happen to me before, but I always just do it solo, so it might be what nwnghost said.

    This exactly. Happened to me last night with a mark of potency :(

    This happens very often: I open the arcane coffer and click "Take all". Then I check my inventory and see that I didn't receive any items....

    Seriously Cryptic, this needs to fixed ASAP!!

    same here. For the second time now i had an epic armor in the arcane coffer in PF that didn't show up in my bags. Fix this pls asap.
    The "one at a time" looting doesnt work in random parties, you will always have some1 who loots w/o waiting.

    So take your loot last, or don't go in with randoms to avoid idiots.

    Remember that if *you* didn't get loot, it's because *you* are simul-looting and seeing someone else's treasure, which they get and you don't.

    Bumping this post, because I've been having this problem since mod2 came out and have seen nothing at all done to address it. I loot an arcane coffer, see my (usually terrible) loot, and can't even take it. If I click "Take," nothing at all happens and the loot window just stays there. If I click "Take All," the loot window closes and I get absolutely nothing. This is not related to the bag slot issue from mod2 preview (when you could only loot to the first bag). Devs, this is ridiculous. For as much of a time sink as dread ring is, you could at least not cheat us out of what little we get. It's been weeks; it's time to prioritize this bug.

    Had the same issue today when doing it with my sister. Can someone look into this? I almost took her Lightning shard but her computer is faster lucky. I wasn't trying to take advantage, but I know some would. I had no idea there was this issue. It happens when looting an arcane coffer at the same time.

    Today on my GF, I opened the arcane coffer and got the Thayan Zealot Bow, as did one other person in the party. So there is definitely something going on. And on my cleric, with a mithral gauntlet, it said I was getting a lesser mark of potency, but what went into my inventory was a pearl.

    The other person in the party was obviously an HR, and you got their loot.

    Stop looting coffers at the same time as other people and you will never see or receive any loot other than your own, or not get loot because you saw something that was picked up by someone else.

    A guild member reported losing an artifact this way. It showed up on the award screen, but then was not in inventory or equipped to the character.

    Exactly this happened to me, BUT - The artifact is BoP and auto equips if you have free slots. I checked it wasn't there at the time, but when I logged back in it turned up.

    deleted, artifact didn't appear immediately, but as above turned up when I logged back in
