The queue system still broken, still porting in on dead instance. When all members of the party leave the instance it should reset not remain open for back-fill. this last hour was spent trying to get a valid PUG but all i got were last bosses (my last run reported over 14 hours in tracker)... Something really should be done with the queue system, like giving us the option to join in progress or not, as well as party leader to select what class is filled for run would be nice too. this would at least allow some players the chance for a fresh run... i'm no developer or programmer, nor am i suggesting how to do your job, just a request, that i am sure, many players would like.

If it puts you in a completed instance it would be a bug. I haven't seen this since the patch, so you'd have to specify exactly which dungeon that was, or whether you just made up the first part of your post.
If it puts you in an instance where the last boss is still alive, that is fully intended and no bug.
I had this problem tonight over and over for the first time. Could not start Lair of the Mad Dragon. It sent me into an instance already completed with a partial party. We were sent in at the last camp fire and all fights were over. I tried again three times and finally gave up. I can't play this dungeon.

Yes it is. Now there are problems with how it was implemented but having the queue system in general fill the party when someone drops is a good thing.
