so same song, new class. What do you think the next path for the Hunter Ranger class should be and why?
Include a list of concepts for their powers, feats, and abilities as well as what kind of niche it fills. Also please don't comment that electric shot should be buffed...we all agree it's pretty much useless. If you post a really cool one I'll copy/paste it to the main post (because I can).

Your Call of the Wild has an additional 2/4/6/8/10' of range and lasts an additional 1/2/3/4/5 seconds.
Nature: Gale's Blessing
Your Wind Wall also grants 2/4/6/8/10% bonus defense against melee attacks.
What this fills:
It gives rangers access to damage over time effects like poison that are more concentrated. Centered more on taking down a single target than relying on area of effect abilities. Especially obvious with the favored enemy class feature and poison abilities.
Comments
Ranger's paragon path doesnt have any impact on them finding a group or not. theres much more variables that makes it as such with the main added fact that its a damage dealer class. Where all damage dealer classes suffer long group finding queues.
As for paragon path. After playing a ranger quite a bit. I dont know at the moment, i'll need to think long and hard on it. I'll get back to this thread when I do.
hahahahah they will need to buff or rework the whole ranger to fix that, the class is the worst class by miles, it brings nothing to a party that other classes wont do better.
Anyway, I liked the paragon path, especialy, the favored enemy feat. I really think a ranger should get something like that, altho I think it should be an ability given for free to the class, like the Arcane stacks of the CW and some other buffs that other classes have. Saying that some of the rangers powers apply grasping roots seams very pathetic to me. Ofcorse, it would have to be a lot weaker then what u developed, but anyway, it would be a really interesting thing.
it will be one of those, that's just the way it works if you want to know what their abilities names will be called click this link and look at them

Thank you. With that being said.
I would more than likely like to have Beast Stalker as a paragon path. I can see them turning Chosen Prey as a pretty ability based on the type of enemy its used on.
Though I feel they may most likely bring in Battlefield Archer. Since alot of people were complaining about wanting a pure archer build upon initial release of the class and prior.
