Well at a guess, it's a stat drain resistance. Perhaps is a defense from the Action Point Drain as well from the Powrie and Red Wizards.
Doubtfully.
This is on PvP gear, I believe it is PvP related. They probably gonna change the name so it is not exactly as in that other MMO
So... I assume "soon" we will need 2 sets of gear? PvP will actually hold proper rewards for just PvPing?
Anyway, I tried to see if the GG gear has the stat as well, but I have nobody to make a guild with or to invite me on the test shard.
Maybe somebody in a guild can check the stats on the GG gear?
(Hope this is the end of one encounter rotation deaths in PvP, regardless of how good your vorpal or enchants are. I fear about how this will be implemented, if it somehow works together witgh defense+deflect, we're screwed lol, but obviously even more fun for G(W)Fs)

My guess and it is really just a guess is this new stat resil would stabilize damage output and received to a degree. Basically, we are designed to put out damage than our toons are designed to receive. My guess is it would lengthen battles between players in PVP increasing challenge of getting the kill. SWTOR has Expertise that increases damage output, decreases damage received and increases healing received and only works in PVP. In that game the one on one battle takes longer than the 3 seconds it can take in this game. In TOR it works well.

Most likely Control Resistance, though I don't think that works in the first place
The fact it has an underscore in it to make it a single contigous string suggests "bug" to me.
You can use contigious strings as variables in most coding languages, whereas whitespace isn't generally allowed. So
stat_power
stat_defense
stat_criticalstrike
stat_resilience
might be vars, but "power", "defense", "critical strike" might be the display names, and it might've just bugged out, looked for a displayname for resilience and not found one (because it doesn't exist as a mechanic) and used the variable.
As in "this is a stat that stuff has, that either does behind-the-scenes stuff or (more likely) does nothing, that should not be seen in-game".
So maybe it could be future PvP related ,otherwise why wouldn't he just come straight out and say it was a glitch or broken coding that is being removed completely?

I'm not a native English speaker and didn't even see that movie. I can only guess what he wanted to say... but... not sure.
So... from English natives: what's exactly that he tried to say?

Post a picture if you can as this might be an indication of the Devs plans for PvP that accidentally got through.....
There's no such stat rating or stat as "Resilience" in Neverwinter Online.
I thought this sounded familiar and thus thought to lend a hand, here.

Nice find. Here is a link to the old values:
So it looks like the OP might be onto something here......
That's strange. In addition, it looks like the other stats may have changed too.
But no other class' Glory gear has "stat_resilience".
Oh, sorry, completely forgot to answer your question x.x
But, no, no idea.

Might be one of my "dreams" and suggestions come true is it's actually what I think it is :P
(if it's implemented properly...)
Doubtfully.

I cant stress that enough....
I have a Hunter Ranger class toon and I have the "Stat Resilience" on my glory gear also. Have no idea what it means. Would like to know.

Yeah I just asked if it's about resilience in the patch topic, although I'm 99.9% sure it is.
Dream shattered
A couple of us asked in the preview shard patch notes and this is all Panderus said -
