After Patch Error?

OKay so just got in to update my game, does its thing get into game log in my character and log into server. It crashs and am like okay, reboot the game and do it again now I get

Is this not the current patch # ?

I've closed game let it 'patch' again and am still getting this pop up.

    Re-open the launcher and go to options then check safe mode. I believe that should fix your problem.
