where is CW Chest Armor...

I have been running VT like crazy for almost 2 weeks I have yet to even see the CW chest Armor Drop? Anyone Luckier than I am... Really Why is it that rare?

    So far I've only received my boots multiple times.

    Got mine today, drops from Valindra.

    Got my armor a few days back, but it took a LOT of runs to get it, and it was only the 2nd time I saw it drop. Not sure how many offhands & boots I salvaged waiting for it to drop. Oh yea....did get a number of pieces of T1 gear from Val as well...yea that's some really good garbage to be dropping from Valindra...

    thanks all who answered I finally saw it drop.. and yes I have over 300k in unrefined AD because I've run it so much and gotten junk..
